Mrs. Hudson began her journey with Forsyth County Schools in 2000 and has devoted her entire career to the middle school learner. She has served in a variety of roles, including Science and Literacy teacher, Graduation Coach, Student Support Coordinator, and Assistant Principal—always with a deep commitment to student growth and success.
Beyond the school day, Mrs. Hudson has invested in her community by coaching basketball and cheerleading, helping students develop confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from North Georgia College and State University, a master’s degree from Kennesaw State University, and a specialist’s degree from Lincoln Memorial University. Her passion for learning and leading contributes to a strong and supportive school environment.
At home, she loves spending time with her husband—also a Forsyth County educator—and their three children. She enjoys traveling, watching her kids play sports, and exploring interior design.

Dr. Jared Hawkins is proud to serve as Assistant Principal at Liberty Middle School. Originally from Milledgeville, Georgia, Dr. Hawkins began his teaching career in his hometown. After several years of teaching in Milledgeville, he and his family moved to Forsyth County in 2017.
Dr. Hawkins brings a strong background in teaching 4th, 5th, and 6th grades. He is passionate about creating supportive learning environments, building strong relationships, and helping students grow both academically and personally.
He is a proud Bobcat from Georgia College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education. He went on to complete a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a specialist’s degree in Educational Leadership, and a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont University.
At home, Dr. Hawkins enjoys spending time with his wife Elizabeth, who also works for Forsyth County Schools, and their two children.

Mrs. Ali Parker serves as Assistant Principal at Liberty Middle School. A Forsyth County native and graduate of North Forsyth High School, she is excited to continue her career in the community she loves.
Mrs. Parker began teaching in 2011 at Little Mill Middle School and soon joined Lakeside Middle as a language arts teacher. She has since served as a Graduation Coach and Assistant Administrator, with a focus on student support, literacy, and school culture.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education from the University of North Georgia, a master’s in Middle Grades Language Arts, and an education specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont University.
Outside of school, Mrs. Parker enjoys running, reading, and cheering on her son, Graham, at the ball field, along with spending time with her family and her husband, Derrick

Since beginning his career in 2001, Mr. Starr has been dedicated to supporting students and educators across a variety of roles. He started by teaching fourth and fifth grades in Cobb and Cherokee counties before moving to Forsyth County, where he continued in the classroom and later served as a special education interrelated teacher, instructional coach, intervention specialist, and administrative support at Midway Elementary. Prior to coming to Liberty, Mr. Starr spent four years as an Assistant Principal at DeSana Middle School.
Mr. Starr is passionate about creating a positive school culture. One of his favorite parts of the day is greeting students each morning with a warm hello and a smile to start their day off right.
Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin, who also works in Forsyth County Schools, and their three daughters—Hannah, Alex, and Rylee. He’s a proud grandfather to two grandsons, Greyson and Anderson.

Mr. Nathan Dobbs is thrilled to be an Assistant Administrator for the Patriot community. He began his journey as an educator in 2017 at Forsyth Central High School, where he spent six years teaching AP U.S. History and serving as a head track and cross country coach. In 2023, he joined Liberty Middle School to design and teach a new Leadership Connections class that challenges students to think critically, communicate effectively, and lead with a spirit of service.
In addition to earning his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Troy University, Mr. Dobbs earned a specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont University in 2021. Outside of school, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, who inspire him every day.
